YC founders get everything in our Enterprise tier for $1,000 per month, plus a dedicated engineer who treats your production as their own. The first month is free.
$1,000per month
First month free. Enterprise is otherwise custom-priced.
Two fields, then Stripe. Your engineer is introduced within one business day of signup.
Not ready to buy? Talk with our team first.
Most YC teams do not have an SRE yet. So this plan includes one of ours: a real engineer, assigned to you, for the whole year.
You get a specific person, introduced by name in week one. They learn your architecture, your deploy process, and which alerts you have learned to ignore.
They are not there to support a dashboard. They help with the Kubernetes upgrade, the noisy alert rules, the on-call rotation, and the 3am page, whether or not Sherlocks is involved.
Shared channel from day one. Ask questions the way you would ask a teammate, and get an SLA-backed answer instead of a support macro.
Any company that has been through a Y Combinator batch. Pick your batch at checkout and we verify it afterwards. There is no code to request and nothing to wait for before you start.
The full Enterprise tier: unlimited investigations, all 16+ agents, the complete integration suite, SSO / SAML, audit logs, RBAC, custom dashboards, and the air-gapped or in-VPC LLM deployment options. Enterprise is otherwise custom-priced, and the dedicated engineer is included at no extra cost.
Stripe collects your card at checkout but does not charge it for 30 days, so onboarding and the dedicated engineer start immediately. Cancel any time in those 30 days and you are never charged. After that it is $1,000 a month.
Yes. A Field Engineer runs your setup, and a named support engineer stays on with an SLA for as long as you are on the plan. Their remit is your production as a whole, not only the parts Sherlocks touches.
No. It is month to month, cancelled from your billing portal whenever you like, and the rate does not step up on you. If your deployment outgrows this plan we will talk about it with you rather than quietly repricing it.
Yes. Watson, our data agent, runs read-only inside your infrastructure, and both air-gapped deployment and in-VPC LLM inference are included at this price. We are SOC 2 Type 2 certified and will support your security review.
